Who Am I?

Hi there, I am so privileged to be a part of the Dochas Psychological Team. Sometimes life gets complicated and we need someone to walk alongside us on our path to growth and rediscovery.

My name is Alessandra, and for me it is an honor to help guide you on your road to success. Life’s challenges have shaped my journey in profound ways, deepening my appreciation for the importance of meaningful relationships. Overcoming obstacles has taught me that true strength lies not just in enduring, but how we engage with others and evolve through them. These lessons fuel my drive to build deep, authentic relationships and to remain compassionate in the face of adversity. Creating a safe, non-judgmental space where others can openly share their emotions and experiences is something I hold close. I’m here to honor the path that brought you to this moment, supporting you as you take the courageous step to begin your therapeutic journey.

When I’m not working you’ll find me embracing the outdoors, staying active, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. I have inherited the travel bug from my parents and enjoy experiencing the rich cultural diversity that each destination has to offer. One of my most cherished experiences was in Capri, Italy, the lemon trees amongst the beautiful beaches always bring to mind the saying, “When life gives you lemons, make lemonade.” I truly believe in the power of laughter, and whether it’s a good joke or a bad one, I’m always ready to share a laugh.
