What is self-advocacy? How and when can we use it? These are some of the questions Dóchas aims to answer during our upcoming Self-Advocacy Workshop. Self-advocacy is an extremely useful skill for a variety of people in many different situations, however, it is also complex. In addition to learning what it is, we plan to help you build some of the skills you need to feel more confident in advocating for yourself and your needs.

This free workshop will be hosted on September 25, with both online and in-person options available. The online version will be held from 11am-12pm on Microsoft Teams, while the in-person workshop will be held at Dóchas from 6-7pm the same day.
