I hope you’re doing well! “‘Tis the season to feel stressful, fa la la la la, la la la la.” Just kidding, BUT, if this is actually a true phrase for you, Progressive Muscle Relaxation is a great strategy to use when your body responds to anxiety and stress by increasing muscle tension. It works by training our body to recognize what it feels like when it is relaxed and when it’s tense. As a result, it’s also a great strategy to use if you have sleep issues.
