The Ultimate Guide to a Solo Summer

Even introverts like to do things in the summer, we just don’t always want to do them with other people. This is because what re-energizes us is alone time. However, that doesn’t mean we don’t experience a little FOMO from time to time, especially on warm summer days.

To help out my fellow introverts, it’s Kim on the blog with a list of activities you can do on your own over the summer. This list is tailored for the Spruce Grove area, but I’m sure you can use Google for these headings in your area if you aren’t local to the area.

While I’ve listed a bunch of stuff, my personal favourites to do solo are paddle-boarding in a nearby lake, taking a road trip, browsing through farmer’s markets, gardening, and berry picking. Another relaxing activity is “cloud-busting”, my term for watching the clouds change and guessing what they look like.
